We had the privilege to collaborate with HD for their summer bootcamp in preparation for Nationals. The girls were put through 2 hours of high intensity training in a weight room as well as in the pool. Not only was every child a voluntary participant, they were on time, poised and ready to work.
The dedication to their craft is something that really stands out. You can clearly tell that for all involved, dance is not just a hobby, it’s integrated its way into their lives involving disciple, hard work, respect and team work. There are many dance studios out there, but how many of them take the time to properly teach stretching, injury prevention, strength training, as well as life skills that can help someone grow.
